PLASMO® VET works in a resource-saving and cost-effective manner.
All that is required for the application is electricity, process water and an applicator.
At the push of a button, plasma products are produced directly at the plasma source — generated by electricity — within a few seconds. The plasma products then treat the nebulized process water. The cold plasma aerosol (Cold Atmospheric Plasma Aerosol/CAP-A) generated in the device is immediately ready for use and enables a smooth, rapid treatment process — without waiting times.

The success of cold plasma is based on the principle of ionization and antimicrobial action. Numerous studies prove the effectiveness of cold plasma against bacteria, viruses and fungi. This gentle, antibiotic-free alternative enables hygiene right from the device itself.

PLASMO® VET is characterized by low maintenance costs.
The device is designed to last at least 5 years. The regular service under operator responsibility must be carried out either annually or after around 300 applications. The user can carry out this completely himself with the help of a service kit.
The extended service/ check-up by the manufacturer is recommended every two years. To do this, please send the device to the manufacturer after prior registration with your sales partner.
The use of cold plasma already guarantees hygiene in the device. The PLASMO® VET refillable water tank must be cleaned weekly. To do this, the container with 100 ml of process water is completely swung out.
The PLASMO® VET applicator is recommended as a single-use product and should be replaced when changing patients.
The PLASMO® VET applicator hose can be reprocessed in a short time using wipe disinfection.
PLASMO® VET can only be used with specially preserved process water. The process water can be purchased directly from our sales partner or via the contact form.
If there is an error, PLASMO® VET shows it via the LED display (book icon with exclamation mark at the top right). The device is no longer functional. In this case, please contact your sales partner. We will check the fault and immediately arrange for a proper repair or replacement device.
